Eric rubin
As the Financial and Legacy Giving Coordinator for The MirYam Institute, Eric works with donors, supporters and investors who would like to include the organization in their planned giving. Eric joins The MirYam Institute with experience in both financial services and non-profit organizations. He has over 30 years’ experience working with Registered Investment Advisors, Financial Planners, and Broker Dealers. Eric’s financial services’ experience includes large multinational corporations as well as boutique asset management firms, including in his capacity of co-founder and President of a mutual fund company that managed over $1 billion in assets.
Eric was instrumental in developing The MirYam Institute’s planned giving offering. In addition to making cash donations, Eric can help you name The MirYam Institute in your will or trust as well as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy. For those of you who may be interested in making a Qualified Charitable Distribution, otherwise known as a Charitable IRA Rollover, or a donation of appreciated securities, Eric can assist you in making a meaningful donation while potentially avoiding taxable transactions.
Eric is passionate about Israel and fighting anti-Semitism around the world.
He also serves on the Board of two other nonprofits – a donor-advised fund based out of Scottsdale, AZ as well as an organization that helps inner-city youths in Baltimore, MD.
