Nechemya Sokal served as the Chief of Staff for the IDF Tech & Logistical Branch.
He had senior responsibility for the procurement, defense and coordination for the Israel Air Force, Navy and Ground Forces, both in times of conflict and in peacetime.
Sokal most recently identified and implemented the counter tunnel technology deployed along the Israel-Gaza border.
He holds a BSc. in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Sokal is a member of the New State Solution working group.
